Please feel free to contact us and we can determine whether a testamentary trust would be beneficial for you and your family.

Estate Administration

When a person dies leaving a will, before the executors named in the will can collect and distribute the assets of the deceased, the will needs to be formally proved by the Supreme Court granting probate of the will. If a loved one has passed, please feel free to contact us and we can assist you with this process.

When a person dies without a will or with a will that does not meet certain requirements, family members can apply to the Supreme Court to be appointed to collect and distribute the assets of the deceased which is known as an application for letters of administration. If a loved one has passed without a formal will, please feel free to contact us and we can assist you with this process.
